Atlantis Rising
Atlantis Rising is a new, fully co-op game, in which each player is one of the councilors of Atlantis nearing its doom. Using their advanced Atlantean science and the energy of their mystic power source, all must work together to construct a cosmic gate capable of transporting what is left of the island to safety, before their civilization is lost forever to the sea.
Will you send your Atlanteans to mine the untapped veins of precious resources at the very tip of the island, hoping to reap great rewards before the oncoming waves smash into the shores? Or will you remain in the relative safety of the island’s center, where resources have grown scarce? Perhaps you will tap into the power of the mystic energy source – the lifeforce of Atlantis and key to its advanced technology. You may even seek refuge in the vast libraries of the utopian society, hoping to nd some tome which will lead to salvation for the doomed isle. Beware though – even as the island sinks into the sea, the Athenians continue to assault Atlantis, hoping to plunder its riches before it disappears beneath the waves.

Battle Beyond Space
A massive, multi-player free-for-all space battle with 60–80 ships slugging it out IN SPACE.
In 45-60 minutes. And 9 turns. In an asteroid field.
The combat system is diceless and extremely deadly. On a turn, you choose one of your three squadrons, move and fire with it, then get to move one of your two capital ships.
The big difference between the players is the super-secret alien power of technology which they can spring on another player at any time. Some are one-use, amazingly powerful items (aka Death Blossom), some are more subtle, long-term effects.
ESSEN IS COMING UP SOON!
As some of you know, Spiel Essen is coming up in just a couple of weeks. For those who don't know Spiel Essen is the largest game convention in the world, held in Essen, Germany every year. Most of the top tabletop game companies in the world are in attendance to demo their new releases and 140,000+ attendees are there to take them in! But I digress...
We will be in attendance again this year with plans on bringing back as many games as we can manage. We want that don't have US publishers or distributors OR won't be available in the US for many months. We want them now!
What does that mean to you? Well, we would like some feedback as to what you would like to be brought back. How can you do that? Well the best way is to peruse the Spiel 2012 Preview on BoardGameGeek. You can find it here: Spiele 2012 Preview.
Also, keep on eye on our Pintrest page and simply click the LIKE button on each item that catches you eye. We can use that feedback to pursue those games! You can also send us an email at info@underhillsgames.com and let us know what you would like to see come from Spiel Essen!
