Essen Game Day - Saturday, November 3rd!
Thursday, October 25, 2012 at 12:25PM Well, we are back from Essen and the jet lag is just about gone. With that comes the announcement of Essen Game Day on Saturday, November 3rd from 12 noon until close!
We have over a dozen new releases that were unveiled at Spiel Essen this year and we are going to do something a bit different this year.
Starting today, October 25th, we are going to preview a game each day at 5pm until November 3rd. We will have a copy in-store, ready to be played! Every title that we preview will also be 10% off to anyone who preorders the title! This offer is good until the end of business on November 3rd!

Sunday, October 21, 2012 at 05:59AM This year's crop of games were voted upon by two major aggregators of opinion, FairPlay, the German gaming magazine that has been doing it for years and BoardGameGeek, who have only been doing this for a couple of years, but have made quite a presence at the show. Neither of these voting methods are perfect by any means, so take these lists at face value!
